Riding Lessons

Fully licensed Private Riding Centre.

We are not a 'run of the mill' riding school, we have lovely horses, a fantastic setting and believe in teaching people to ride correctly. For this reason, we only teach private (one to one), semi-private (one to two) and small group lessons (maximum 4 riders).

We can teach complete beginners to the more advanced rider and endeavour to cater to your individual requests, delivering the best riding school training in the area. At Ravenroyd, riders will learn to ride with a correct position and develop a true feel for and understanding with the horse. The well qualified and dedicated staff combine professional expertise with commitment and understanding. Our teaching methods are a balance of the classical, natural horsemanship and the best in new ideas. As our riding school mainly teaches private sessions and small groups, we can offer a more friendly and personal service than other bigger yards in the area.

All lessons take place in our enclosed, all-weather, floodlit arena.

We are open to the public Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings. Our quiet picturesque location in Bingley is the perfect place to learn.
